Teammates are good but not all, as a receptionist didn't get job security, politics issues are there as per my thinking, work environment is good

There is not fixed timing after put down the paper then only I can leave office at the leave time.being the receptionist I did so many official work and due to this I can't leave office in time and it's a big issue for me after doing all there is no security, I was compared by the new candidates this is the thing I hate most because of budget issue (salary)
