I have worked for around 4 years, in the initial stages the company provided good competition and facilities, and the overall learning was great and had lots of improvement in my career life

...e market and customer satisfaction was really not that good in the recent years. The salary was reduced before covid-19 due to company liability,and again redused during lockdown. During lockdown I was informed to resign as a part of layoffs. While so many other companies felt sympathy and have given lockdown period salary and extra benefits to its employees. Rivigo didn't bother to do any such actions. Even though I had worked from starting of the company and was one of the first 1000 employees the company had zero loyalty towards its employees.

...me town most of the times, and going to office is not an issue to most people. In covid got minimal salary, comparatively this is a good thing.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, Not got any appraisal which was due before covid began, as they said there was an economic crisis. There is no work life balance, calls and meeting starts from morning 5-6am and continues late night. Any times meeting are called. Do not get time to spend with family. Too much of work pressure all times and all days. Anytime you are asked to leave ur current work location and asked to relocate. During Covid, went out and worked on ground risking and still got heavy pay cuts, those who sat home n did nothing n those who worked on ground both got treated equal.

...d but like any company due to internal politics I had lost chance for promotion. The company pay you ontime and no bonus or allowance. if your working I suggest to change company after one or two years to get better pay

No job security anytime anyone ask to leave , high level politics most of seniors from Telecom background they always out others down , only few people who is closed to his family get shown rest are not an use for them . They will not aware about ground reality high level expectation , what ever you do that would be nothing for them, you have to assume Everytime fear of firing .

Nothing to like worse company I had seen ever. Job location is not fixed and not having job security.

Dislikes

Working hour not fixed. No hike in salary. Senior don't have respect for the junior employees. No job security. Relocation after every 6 month. Worse condition as every one have to work under pressure in RIVIGO.
