Honestly, I sometimes find the workload and project deadlines to be quite demanding, which can lead to extended working hours. Additionally, the bureaucratic processes and paperwork can be time-consuming and take away from more strategic and creative work. Short me higher management apni job secure krne ki chakkr me lower person ki job kha jate hai. Manager director & hr Admin only higher management ki baat mante.
