Management and HR department bed ,There is a bond of 3 years but they out employee 2 months early. They didn't give Job experience certificate.

Total yearly Leaves are counted according to monthly average. They will deduct salary for more than 2 leaves in a month. 1 min Late comers will end up loosing half day. (For HR personals these are exemption)

Good work environment and culture.Chairman sir is also very polite and hard-working men. Teammates are also supportive and work hard together.

Dislikes

Timing of paying salary is unfixed. And career growth is quite slow. Increment should be time to time and the medical claim should be required for every member.

Management and office colleagues are very polite and cooperative. Overall a good company to work with them.

The employees are not being given the facilities, promotions and salary benefits as per the growth that the company has achieved in the last 10 years. Despite the work pressure being less, the only holiday is on Sunday.
