Yes I really loved working in riu Maldives excellent staff especially Respected Radli sir, Vasanta sir and Hashim sir Teaches Us Alot not only the work but how you can understand the life also i wish I can work over there again 💕

growth was a challenge its not based on your ability to master a task or knowing how to execute your job or position, it was who you knew, there was no job security we worked off contract if a manager didn't like you because based on his requirement not company standards your contract would become void. it is impossible to have a balance work life your shift is all over you get what ever shift 3am to 11pm and return 7am constant split shift no way to negotiate your shift. its horrible
