Nothing is good about about this company.

... and every dept work in silos which makes very difficult to get anything done. No over time pay even if manager forces you to strech for 16 hours a day. No learning, training and development plan, no incentive for career growth.

There are few resourceful people who can teach and guide you to learn things about the company and product.

...ny. Really stubborn management and policy who are not ready to adapt the change. No incentive on reaching targets and crossing the target, instead they deduct from your salary and credit quarterly basis in the name of variable pay.

Lots to learn in terms of industrial aspects and manufacturing techniques. SAP learning is very high.

...r importance. Bosses can be very rude or can be very demanding without reason. Very very poor salary and compensation package.

Salary/appraisal and work environment is average. Balancing work and personal life is impossible. Only positive is in Rittal we can learn managing work load.

Career growth is slow, bad work environment, internal politics. Poor salary appraisal. Hectic working hour's I used to work 10-12 hours everyday. 3 years was worst experience in my carrier. Employee are not treated professionally. No freedom to take decision or creativity. Stick to old procedure. No opportunity for leaning. 3 years I was doing same work no carrier growth.
