Individuals can work at his own without any superiors pressure. Anybody can express their own opinion without any hesitation. RITES work culture is very good not like other Govt. Organizations since the employees have to work for their survival.

Nothing to dislike. However, in RITES two types of salary are e.g. CDA & IDA Pattern. The employee who are in CDA are not admissible for PRP. Further those are contractual employee are not also not eligible for PRP despite their contributions to the co. for the growth.

Rites document process is so lengthy

Good for Permanent staff, not for Contractual workers. Compensations are fixed and negligible if there is any. No skill development as such. Better to join a company where you learn something and that will be beneficial in your long career than just working on the word and excel here.

Dislikes

Permanent staff has very good compensations even the performance bounce is equivalent to the salary of the contractual engineer here, you could have a better idea what a contractual staff is paid despite of the fact that every work is down by them.
