I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. ...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.. company policy was not good , appraisals are not fair and they give late salary , no any no any bonus was given
