I don't like any thing about this company. Working with them is one of the bad experience in my life.

Work environment is very bad, so much of politics among employees, Salary structure is very disappointed.

Likes

Initially they told me and many other staff to Work from home in the Month of April, and in the Month of May asked me to go on leave without pay.And in the Month of June the Company Ritco Travels has forced me and many other Staff to Resigh due this Pandemic suitation after giving best to this Company for many years.

They are not Organised when it come to Break time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address any issue of their employees. Compensation and benefits are ok but job security is nil in the case of, if you are following company policy but not following your senior, whether they are wrong or right.

Likes

Company is existing since 18- 20 years . But there is not a single experience sales person . Performing Sales person are not promoted purposely so that they resign and their client can be taken over by management who does nothing . Here staff are appreciated on the basis of number of years completed in the organisation even though their performance is pathetic. There is no value for new staff whose performance is better than old staff.

Dislikes

Staff is promoted on the basis of information provided to management about what other staff is doing . If you are career oriented and performance driven this is not the right company for you. Only join this organisation if you are good in talks and talks of what others are doing . if you can do buttering well with management that this is the company for oyu and you have good growth here .
