You can learn lot of new things especially to handle negative environment daily.

Dislikes

People will join and walk away very quickly because of poor management. Lot of seniors will behave like it is their ancestral property. Corporate filled with lot of rude and arrogant people. Few people doesn't even know how to treat new employees. Lot of knowledge will be filled inside the brain of few seniors but they won't teach anything. There is no proper job training here. Few people will earn here without knowing anything. You will find lot of politics in everything here. Many people who left will say this. Please stay away.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
