Nothing productive to be liked about the company.

Dislikes

Management, Process are not employee friendly, they will push you to work on weekends as well, no growth opportunity as there are 2-3 clients. Attitude and behaviour of management towards employees is poor. There is a bond of 1 year which you need to sign before joining and they will put you in a position so thag you might resign within 1 year and en up paying that bond fee to the company. Further, they don't offer any trainings to employees.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
