I love the fact that I am a part of COE team which is a new team in India office.another plus point is that my colleagues are from different background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Engagement in all level of meetings, making you feel like an integral part of the organisation. Flexible working schedule. Plenty of time to explore and learn new skills. Support from seniors and peers.

Couldn't find anything to dislike. Just compensation should be a bit more.

This is a niche field so career growth is slow and the salary hike is also average but good compensation for freshers. Now it is with moody's so hoping to get a positive hike and career growth

If you want to stay for longer time in company without any growth and little appraisal, then this this best company to work. Best company for female as their is no night shift for female employee and they were not allow to stay in office after 7' o clock in evening.

Dislikes

... are ambiguous. Data consultant work too hard in comparison to payroll employee. No increment in salary for data consultant. I have never get a chance to attend any training for skill development. Employees even manager eating pan masala on the floor. Sime employee use to were slipper and Sandal's in office. Company does not have such a corporate culture does other MNC have.

Managers doesn't care about you to your growth. Saving every rupee either by not giving the hike you deserve or the promotion on time. If you want to learn new technologies and want some guidance then don't come here, you won't find anything as such. They will give you flexibility to implement anything but when there's someone under whose guidance you can seek proper resources info, that will help you in your growth faster not working independently or haphazard way. Advice: if you can't find anything anywhere then look for this company. Whatever you will read in Job Description, you won't get to work on that :) Be vary of selfish people...
