1) A massive 3 month notice period. 2) Less Appraisal. 3) Employee work appreciation. 4) Provides medical facilities only for employee family is not covered. 5) Transport facility from head office only, all employee need to report at head office to avail this facility and at end of shift employee are dropped to head office. 6) general shift timings are from morning 10 to 6:30 in evening. 7) HR doesn't clear things or provide complete information on joining afterwards problem circles from HR to HOD to HR to HOD.

Good Company to work, Management is very supportive and always encourage employees to, come up with new ideas and suggestions. stress level of job is almost nill.

Rishi Kiran Logistics is one the best company in India. Management team are treating their employees as a family' members. Once any employee joining this organisation.. they won't leave...I have met with employee who are working for last 20 years. It amazing.

I have electrical engineering learning but this company opportunity his electrician so I have grown up opportunity so please check my resume. (hr department)

Management is very much supportive, and always welcome new ideas and innovation. Team work and coordination between employees are excellent. Working pressure, depression, anxiety are almost nill.

Everything seems good. However training for employees need to be focused more.
