New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ...rofessional then after joining this company you have to forget your work ethics. They do not pay salary on time. If you wish to leave or resign from this company, you have to forget your full and final payment even you serve the notice period. These people bind you in the employment contract and threaten you to take legal action when you want to resign. If you do not meet with their expectation they fire you same day without any prior notice.

The starting experience was good but at the joining I was told for bonus benefits in exchange of paid leaves which included my one month salary. This commitment was not fulfilled and after completion of work they asked me to resign in 9 days when I said no and asked the reason they terminated me without any reason.

Dislikes

Like I discussed earlier this company is misrepresenting employees at the time of joining and harass them when they ask for their rights to be fulfilled and terminate them without any reason.
