nothing I like, because of politics, favoritism and partiality

Dislikes

they asked employees to resign forcefully, if there is no project , also so much politics over there , without connections u will not able to survive, If u do your work efficiently still they are high changes due to favoritism they will only give the opportunities to there native local employees, also I have observed too much racism. so if u are joining Rishabh software make sure u can lost your job any time, also they will not tell you the reason also, so there is no job security, layoffs are common, they will only support local native employees
