Two main issues that are red flags. and there fore I would not recommend anyone to join Rishabh Software in marketing. In my experience of working in marketing team, I found the marketing team VP Jay is insecure, a loser, who lacks confidence to lead and manage the team and and the content manager Riken who too is both insecure person, and toxic to work with. With theses two low-life, It's a miserable environment with favouritism, as licking and lots of politics . Also they dont experiment with marketing So there will most likely be no value addition to your skills or career. I think The "best place to work" is most likely bought because it's got pathetic culture especially in marketing

The positive, collaborative atmosphere is one of the best aspects of working at this organization. Everyone is friendly, supportive and willing to help each other out. This strong team spirit is a great asset.
