Good Salary but only for Attraction to join the Work Nothing else ... Only Trapping giving good Salary.

Inefficient Management and lack of subject knowledge for Manager . Illiterate Management Staff. Bosses are rude , bad habits .. No work culture at all . Joining there is loosing your career .and time waste .

No Segregation of Duties Inefficent managment Lack of subject knowledge by Manager Politics to next level, No credit, all work done by lower level employees and credit taken by higher managment If No job security they remove u by just a call in evening says " U not need to come to the office from tommorrow, Employee turnover ratio in 25. Higher managment speak rude aggressive harassive language. One of my colleague was remove in 15 days of joining just an call in evening that too after office say " no need come to the office from tommorrow", no reason was given. He has just join and every day he use to be working from 9am to 9 pm, get bully by senior, the senior how is lack of knowledge
