Underpaid salaries. You won't find jobs with the titles they are offer as Sourcing Specialist. The job is just to put your headphones on and work like a horse . No promotions, even if you get recognised every month you will do the horse job for years. You won't belive but they use to ask employees to work on diwali also. They will alter their so called incentive plans if you start earing from it

Good work place and very approachable hierarchy. There's transparency. Every association is very worthwhile. Timely appraisals and appreciations with incentives are the best. Regular RnR is there to show the that you are recognized and appreciated.
