Nothing to like. Worst experience.

...er management is not listening the employee problem. 3. No proper HRMs portal 4. Always salary issue. 5. No proper structure of leaves (If you take more than two paid leaves they will not give your allowance) 6. Hr are not responding to emails. 7. They are not follow the Posh. 8. Female are harassed by the Shift Lead. 9. No job security. 10. Lots of company politics. 11. No proper structure of sick leaves

That's a Terrible place to work with. They have no Culture they have no professionalalism. They will just put pressure on your head as client wants the work to be done so they will eat your head they will Dissrespectful towards your work if you don't meet their irrsensible performance stats.

It is an extremely unprofessional company with no ethical grounds. The management is highly inefficient in performing their duties and expect their employees to understand when they are unable to provide basic adequate services. Employees are not given salaries on time and when any employee tries to bring this to the attention. They are terminated on the grounds of behavioural issue, you do not have any job security. Additionally, they stress on giving unpaid leaves even though you have leave balance available. If you call in sick you are not given sick leave instead they make you feel like you work on daily wages and give you unpaid leave, when medical documents are shared they ask you to bring documents from government hospital. Employees are not provided with basic documents, they are not given offer letters and payslips, you cannot switch job easily once you work with them because you have no evidence of your experience with this company. They deduct PF but do not deposit it to your PF account.

Poor management, very unprofessional behavior of seniors towards their juniors, my team leader was very rude to me and a misogynist, no sallery benefits, and for months did not get the offer letter even some of my fellow team mates still didn't get any proof working after a year, like offer letter and sallery slips, Too much work and over load on employees. Also i left the organization 6 months ago and still didnt get my PF and any official documents like experience letter and last 3 months of sallery slip after i left the organization, I am keeping up with the mails to the HR team but I'm getting no response. Really unhealthy/unprofessional work environment If anyone wants to get bad mental health problem then you should really join this organization
