...o give 5- star. Here HR main job is to ask employee to give 5 star to company. They hired new MBA graduates and fired after fees days without giving salary, actually they playing with new joiner career. When someone resigned they used to hold their salary. And he compare his company to be like Google, Amazon, Apple etc. In one word it's fraud organisation.

I liked nothing in Resbird, worst place to work.

Worst place to work, No work life balance. Management treats their employee as slave. Working culture is not good. No Saturday off. If you don't have any opportunity then only join this company.

Less payout per interview No payout if candidates not joined Payout Deduction if you have not given or fill necessary feedback form. Timeline to fill interview feedback if you failed to do so you will not get payout. At the end you will feel like you are doing charity Important payout is dependent upon your skill, your area of expertise, number of experience year

Politics Policy changes in every week HR don't have the knowledge of their Work Leaders are horrible

I like the work environment of the company. Every person in the company supports your back in every condition. All the team members treats you as a family and give you the best hand holding in your prior days. The company is open to innovation and keep doing the changes for the betterment of client and reduce the work load of its employees as well. As I have seen cheap politics in few companies, I would say Risebird does not have a room for that.
