Food and accommodation is very tough to find since it is a remote place. People at Senior Levels are very worthless. Salaries were always paid after 15th of next month . Since there is no involvement of management in India directly, People at senior levels take advantage of it and they put their personal interests and preferences before the company's interests.They will lie about timings and holidays in the interview.

Job security is lacking, and upper management shows little respect for lower-level employees. I worked for one of their subsidiaries, IPFP, where the manager held personal grudges against employees. The manager plans and attempts to terminate employees who challenge his decisions, even when he is wrong. He blames the lower-level employees for mistakes, despite not properly overseeing their work.
