Work life balance is good if your approach is positive towards work. If you're lazy or something like that it'll be difficult. For me it's best. On time I can login and logout.

It's completely remote job so you can't meet your colleagues or go for Chai/coffee and timing is EST so if you're in India it'll be always night shift.
