There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Being In RipplesIndia, a place where people like me get a chance to know about their skills gets help to learn more, Boss is rude sometimes when they expect you to perform beyond your limits. Overall, I didn't know that, I am really capable of doing many things which I did here.

I am highly obliged to be a part of RipplesIndia Group as it my first job ever where i gotta chance to enhance my self as well as learn amd gain the professional knowlege towards doing work mannerly. Company is very sound with 50 years In Milk & Ghee ( Ambience) big exporter of Kessen ,a company with decent culture & lot of learnings ,exposer ...A very Good Experience with the company & still have cordial relations with the management ..,.
