...ich are ahead of market. I was amazed to learn how easy the ecommerce can be. I joined as a trainee, they have a process in which they train you for 3 months and even pay you for the training time. Once you are done with your training then they take a formal interview and an evaluation test and on the performance you are hired on permanent role. You get a good appraisal on this evaluation and hiring part. In time of 18 months I started to lead my project with a team of 3 people working with me. I was great learning ang growing phase.

Dislikes

They work in IST and EST time zones so sometimes you are required to be available in the other time zone as well. As they provide D2C and Ecommerce support, the sales are high in festive seasons so you are required to work on festive season and your personal time get compromised specially in the season time. They say Support never stops :D
