Everything, the Owner and HR are horrible ,worst company ever they just want people to work hard and they pay less, they cut salary for silly reasons , they just want to make money and not pay for employees

Everything here is third class, i will explain point by point. First of all this is kerala community company, full of malyalis who will not even talk to you if you are not malyali when you join, including HR. All the people working here are the dumbest people you will find including the owner prince, he is no.1 third class guy you will find on this earth. He himself doesn't act like owner as he is very much influenced by this employee Nassu(next dumb person on that place who doesn't know A in Digital marketing). Next is HR, she is very very close to owner, he can do anything for her, he can remove people on spot if she tells and he has done this also, never understood what connection they have. In this place not even one single person know to speak in english properly, and handling the clients and brands is very far for them. They will hire only malyalis and that too intern and ruin their life, you will never get to learn anything here because who ever clients registers here within walk out within a month because even if its good profitable business, after coming here they will go in rapid loss because of these people. Next, very important if you are joining here then please take your handwash, dustbin, water, tissue paper with you, because these people cannot provide you basic to basic facility to their employees, there are months together when they cannot afford to provide drinking water also and this office is the most dirtiest place you will ever find. Next, these people warn their ex-employees to not any review like this otherwise they scare them by telling that they will not give good reviews or will not provide relieving letter. Please guys its a sincere request not to join this company, if you are an intern you will never learn anything and if you are experienced you will forget whatever you have learnt and whatever you see those good reviews all written by HR only fake ones. Pages are not enough if you start writing about this company.
