This company belongs to Architectural hardware Fittings, Its a Indo- German Comany(MNC),which given us a new idea to adopts and this company given me a reputation and name in market, i am really glad to have a part of this Company and Its a Really great Experience with our Teammates,they are really very professional and helpful, and on quarterly we on call for training of New and as well as old products with that time to get new things and idea to learn about market,Company gives me a freedom to work as per my style, I works on Projects, I usually deal with Architects, Contractors, Big & small Dealers and Fabricators, I am looking Channel Sales also.In a Month i usually use my 15 to 20 days in tour and rest day i does Look Local Market,As per Company norms Every year i got Increment and we have also a plus point that some of my colleaues come from various cultural back ground and they have different Language which is really a helpful to know and get there Plus point of them. Company gives us oppertunity to Relocate our Base station, many more good things to say about our Company.

Dislikes

Yes i say some thing is same as sample that some times we worked 8 to 9 hours continuously in a day and after that have to attend call of client late into the night, Rest is ok,Company is good And its Working environment Is also good.

They are open to innovation and its a recognised brand on an international level, I love the fact that I am part of Rinox Kaufmann it has high quality product with premium and budgetary range to cater all category of clientele.
