Overall great work environment. You have your own way to work with no micromanagement. HR conduct more fun and games activities. the cafeteria is great in terms of variety and healthy food meals.

If you join as a manager or a lead, you are in safe hands. Life will be good if you always nod your head in yes and do not oppose to any of their decisions.

- No work from home - You have to provide support for prod releases even after office hours, almost every day - Every week they launch a new product and expect delivery as quickly as possible - Appraisals are not good. - Toxic environment - Lot of politics. - Managment seems to be lost while taking the decisions. Most of the decisions are not in favor of employees. - No work life balance
