I am doing job at Bhilai steel plant under rina India limited mumbai as a rail inspection engineer.and the job culture is very good and our branch manager is always helpful in work time .

The Rina India limited company should increase salary with the increase of experience and knowledge but it's not increase . because I am also working from 2.5 years but my sallary not increased.so it's really not good .

I'm working in this company from 1.5 years but sallary not increasing so I want to company should increase sallary with experience and also give leave and some festival off if can possible.

I'm really good working under Rina India limited mumbai but I just want to company should increase sallary after 1 year becz work in minimum sallary after experience is not good .

good travel policies accommodation & food allownces good. Coordination team is good. Most of the foreign Clients (SAIPEM, TR, LTHE, Hyundai, ARAMCO) gave you super technical exposure.

Dislikes

too much travel involved. Hardly any work life balance. Expense reimbursement is done after 3-4 months and that too after several follow ups. HR/Account department people are rude and not so cooperative
