I am doing job at Bhilai steel plant under rina India limited mumbai as a rail inspection engineer.and the job culture is very good and our branch manager is always helpful in work time .

The Rina India limited company should increase salary with the increase of experience and knowledge but it's not increase . because I am also working from 2.5 years but my sallary not increased.so it's really not good .

I'm working in this company from 1.5 years but sallary not increasing so I want to company should increase sallary with experience and also give leave and some festival off if can possible.

I have learned a lot of software by doing work here and worked on different projects . Good learning atmosphere through training, great work culture, secure job for hard working employees work life balance, got bonus for good work. Can say overall it's good experience.
