Worst staff handling I had ever seen in my life... Just cencex of the joining and the resigning staff shows the capability of the hospital and the worst he people.... Bunch of idiots who represent only taking the hard work of the staffs and innocent patients money too.... Worst experience I had ever.... Within a month 5 staffs resigned un reasonably.... Only because of few people in Rims... Mr.sunil and the HR people.... I liked only the patients

Currently working just more than a month, what I get to know is there is huge mismatch about work culture and management operation.

Dislikes

Lack of market knowledge, lack of reporting issue, amd they dont have less management knowledge

This is a fake company they are not doing anything authentically also the people in this company are not intented to grow they are there just to earn money overall it has the worst environment to work and lots of unwanted politics is there.

There is ni training no meetings conducted some seniors having zero knowledge do politics and harass subordinates

MY Teachers, Particularly HOD of Anaesthesiology and Team Anaesthesia... Serene look and place...

Dislikes

Poor accessibility.. Away from Town.. nearly 7kms from town.. Difficult to meet daily needs as there is no hotels, nearby restaurant , groceryshops nearby.. Had to improve a lot in terms of meeting health needs of the public.. Mainly Intensive care and ICU.. Need super speciality doctors through government recruitment...for better care of public and as a means of tertiary level of care in the district...
