Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Kuch acha batane layak nhi hai.

Dislikes

Rimjhim ispat kanpur ki sabse bakwas company hai. Yaha na joining letter dete , na pf , Hr tak nhi rakha hai bs ek budhe se salary banwate.hr policy ke according yaha kuch nhi chalta .Purchase ke director niyant goel ko baat krne ki tameez Tak nhi hai . Usko Bina mehnat ye sb mila hai isliye wo employees ko apna naukar samjhta hai.

BRG iron and steel Pvt Ltd is a platform to learn new things...here you can experiment lot of things and work pressure is not at all but no career growth and job security. Here 2 years of training period! Terrible...means no career growth in 2 years... after that no guarantee of job security... Personally I lost my job in this covid 19 situation...

There is no increase in salary I'm working here from 2.5 years. In covid 19 pandemic they are not giving us salary even our March salary is pending .So no expectations from these organisation I'm willing to change .
