There are very friendly teammates and good salary. No career growth. It's a contract base job

There is no words to say about dislike in Rimini street. Just want to say it's a contract base job. If it's a permanent it'll be good job.

It's a fast growing company with lot of potential.

It's about local management at Hyderabad location. These people don't even qualify as a manager. They don't have people management skills. Lot of regional bias.

Work life balance very good. Rest all not much great. All old Oracle related technolotyes they are having. No other current technologies scope at all.

There is no technical learning scope and road maps at all.

Higher management is good and caring about employees, but here in India only managers words will work... if you start buttering your manager then you can survive else if you are work oriented you cannot survive to the managers ego then you are their target and they make sure that you yourself leave the organization. HR never listen or understand the employee pain or what he is undergoing through
