I believe management knows this and uses this to their leverage Significant portion will be paid as variable pay and no escape from this, managers and leads literally blackmail employees to get their way. Zero leading opportunities As far as I see, Only stabilized clients and outdated technology clients will come to render Rimini support.

It's about local management at Hyderabad location. These people don't even qualify as a manager. They don't have people management skills. Lot of regional bias.

Work life balance very good. Rest all not much great. All old Oracle related technolotyes they are having. No other current technologies scope at all.

Higher management is good and caring about employees, but here in India only managers words will work... if you start buttering your manager then you can survive else if you are work oriented you cannot survive to the managers ego then you are their target and they make sure that you yourself leave the organization. HR never listen or understand the employee pain or what he is undergoing through
