I don't feel anyone should work here except if the person wants to get a timely salary. You don't have job security, any growth, or any kind of newer opportunities. The upper management is terrible and the HR never even reply to your mails or pick your calls. You have to work like a robot and get paid. That's it. You don't even get paid for working overtime or on holidays or weekends. Overall terrible.

Consultancy didn't have to work their, work at client location. Good reporting manager

Dislikes

Talking 50 to 60% of your payment and didn't gives you your appraisal. Strong leave policy. And 90 days notice period.

There is nothing to like in this company, just working here to pay off my bills.

They don't have proper leave management, there is no manager from RIGVED side as I'm working from client location, HR's doesn't respond properly to of the query, no salary slips management, ₹1000 yearly increment after giving your best price performance

There is nothing good here. This is consultancy company they will send you at different organisations. If yours 3rd party organization project get finish. They will terminate you. So don't fall on their trap.
