I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Positive Points- 1.If you are good in explaining your view the same will be initiated and will be considered by the management. 2. Company doesn't have any bank debt but payment to suppliers are done very very late. 3. Good brand name in UAE market.

...dnt have work sit till night 10pm MD will be very happy seeing you like that. 2.salary never on time.if asked for salary you might have to resign or might get terminated. 3. You should be good in buttering if need to get good attention from MD

On an average, overall experience was good. Supporting faculty and practical work environment. One of the best employers as far as I have seen. Comfortable work life with everyday new challenges. Potential growth.
