... and tries to make them mentally ill by taking out his frustration on them. 2. He writes in the offer letter that if the candidate is fired in a month or if the candidate leaves the job due to mental disturbance, then no salary will be given to him. 3.90% of the people in his company are not more than 1~6 months old, because most of the people quit because of his mental harassment 4. Salary never comes on time because every month the accountant also runs away and he withholds the salary by giving his excuse. 5. Investors investing money in its shop should avoid it 6. He runs two companies in the same room. 6. Overall, if someone wants to ruin his career, his mental state and his future, then only come to this company, and it is guaranteed that he will ruin your everything in just one month.

Dislikes

...shop run by a mad man, and he tortures those people for a month and fires them, and doesn't even give them salary, don't get into his and his HR's talk, And there is no need to go to a mental asylum to join by looking at the location, this is not a company, it is a mental asylum.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
