I have had the privilege of working at Rightpoint for 7years, and I wanted to share my experience here. I genuinely appreciate the positive aspect of working at Rightpoint. The company culture emphasis the teamwork, innovation and employee growth, which made my time here incredibly rewarding.

Of course, no workplace is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. However, I have seen Rightpoint actively listen to employee feedback and take steps to make positive changes.

More focus on restructuring the organization has led the focus off from what matters the most 'Growth'.

They only want employees to be 100% billable, and they assign a single person to 3 or 4 projects to generate billable hours from clients without understanding the employee's struggles. Senior leadership does not know what exactly their responsibilities are... Currently, the company is running on sheer luck. And ZERO job security

Not enough promotion and appraisals, everytime when there is appraisal time then they have loss apart from that they have enough money to set the parties and functions.
