Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There are no good things about this company instead flaws are many.

Dislikes

- No Salary on time - Feels suffocation in both environment and culture. - Several complaints from existing clients on quality of the construction. 2 terminated projects out of total 4 project due to structural failure of the building. - No project to work so your job will be insecure. you will be fired with no notice or salary. - Not experienced architect & engineers to learn from. - Hardly 6 people company in which 4 people are themself a owner. - No settlement or reimbursement given even after working for 3 months. At last god bless with good way treating the clients and employees.
