Amazing company as I am working here from last 2 years and recently company received the Grate Place to Work certificate which the company deserves as the management take care for the employees needs and try to full fill every requirement.

Dislikes

Strict work timings only as there is no option if I have a work at home for 30 min and I cant do over time to cover this, I have to take short leave or the half day no option is given. Suggestion is to give some exemption in month for working hours or option to do the stretch to fill the time.

Good balanced working life ,specially in service there is very less failure of product ,as compare to our competitor company .

Nothing ....we have to ready to work, as per company guideline and policies .

Riello has a wonderful Performance based review culture which keeps you on the edge & constantly improves you. It has the strengths of a Multinational company and yet retained the culture of a family owned business.

IT Infra is yet to reach a MNC level.

No one calls you after your working hours or on Holidays or work off, best company till now no issues. Just a little bit of paperwork is required which can be shifted to digital

Dislikes

Strict timings and canteen just an upgrade for employees to have some refreshment.

Good place to work for hardworking & opportunity focused candidates. All colleagues are very supportive & Goal oriented. Other things like work life balance is good.
