There is no job security, they try how to fire people. One thing i like is salary is paid on time, no extra hours of working.

There are many things to dislike but one major thing is the managers dont know how to behave properly. They misbehave with people they demotivate them, they try reasons how to fire people and most importantly the working culture is terrible.
