Working condion is good bt all other staff is not working properly not getting good orders due to poor comunication if we done big orders we get only rejection coz we donot have proper dying master as we need

Actually most of the workers are not getting proper salary it's a pathetic condion to all selected people are not done thir duty no one take a proper responsibility basic thing no one get a proper saley it's a big issue I have good marketing skill m ready to work in marketing coz ridham is a good company they need good staff with ontime salery if I get a opportunity to work in sales m ready bt need ontime salery
