The work culture is good & better time management. Salary on time on last day of the month. The company policies is ok.

The work culture is good but reporting boss is creating a bad image in front of top-level management. At the top-level without knowing the truth & not asking the love level, they are blindly assuming he is right. politics is in every department. Females employees safer compare to males.

Salary on time. Payroll team always on time.

Dislikes

Lots of Management policies, but only for higher level managers. Bullying environment No work life balance. Work culture very poor. No off even on national holidays and sunday(only on papers holidays are mentioned).

Some people have become too used to wfh and are now resisting working in offline mode and spreading general dissatisfaction about which organization is not taking any form measures

A very transparent environment, a proactive management, open dialogues, employee friendly policies, diversity and inclusion, full freedom to take decisions related to your work. Overall, a great place to work.

RICS always follows its ethics. in lockdown period also we have never missed a single class

Dislikes

Fee structure is very high as compare to providing service. even in lockdown also the university not reduced single rupee from the semester fees.
