RICS always follows its ethics. in lockdown period also we have never missed a single class

Fee structure is very high as compare to providing service. even in lockdown also the university not reduced single rupee from the semester fees.

Lots of Management policies, but only for higher level managers. Bullying environment No work life balance. Work culture very poor. No off even on national holidays and sunday(only on papers holidays are mentioned).

The core work - teaching - was satisfying because I like to teach. And i had the creative freedom to design my instructional delivery.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work culture; replete with gossip, politics and favouritism. Bosses favour the 'yes-men'; the bright & diligent have no value, nor recognition & reward. The HR lady is totally incompetent; hand in glove with the directors, only concerned about securing her own seat. AND EXTREMELY RUDE.

Work Details

EVERY FRIDAY, just when a hectic week is over and one looks forward to a relaxing weekend, there comes mails from the director's 'aide' about some or the other thing that needs to be completed by Monday. There is NO work-life balance AT ALL.
