...tal department under government project run by Ricoh where I learned new things. Here I got regular salary from Ricoh at the same day of every month. Comparatively other company salary was good.

Dislikes

Main disadvantage was comtractual job.When the project ended then I had to left the job as they didn’t offer regular appointment or they didn’t depute in other project.

Cooperative with employees and good work hour, good for onrole employees in matter of pay n benefits

Dislikes

Very undiscipline in assigning task and work., no proper training system available, worst for off role employees in matter of increments and special scemes.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable high quality products.and has a global client base. Another pluse point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily is collaboration. i also like that the employee re hire policy here.

compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Salary with RICOH is way too low even for a fresher. And I already have 2-3 years experience before working with this company. Now its been two years working with them my salary is still the same.

Likes is nothing as such because there is not even drinking water available, Rude behaviour and monthly salary payments are in approx 42-45 days DONT PAY YOUR SALARY even after serving the notice period and even when you finished your work No paid leaves 6 days working Sunday they're counting as paid leave🤣 lunch 10-15 minutes break lelo otherwise salary deduction.

...(now I'm writing I've never misbehaved till feb 2024) -Worst startup & frauds. -If you want to work without salary go ahead. -Only known workers jo pehchaan se laye h low qualifications ke wohi tike hue h. No new joiners are staying and there are end number of bad reasons. -After my surgery and medication I'm going to file a case agaist them. LLB krne se advocate nahi bante koi.. IM FED UP WITH THEIR LOW STANDARDS BEHAVIOUR. COMPLETE HARRASSMENT.
