...rk like someone guve you the keys of his helicopter but never taught you to fly. Salary is very less. Increment are never get on time every time it gets late 3 or 4 months. And last but not the least there have no such promotion.

...d I enjoyed working at Ricoh but sometimes the supervisor used to be very fussy. The food was also okay and so was the salary.

Office Politics Non-Co-operative colleagues and seniors No growth in terms of salary Management do not value individuals strengths Office systems are worse No WFH Even during the peak covid time they asked employee to come to office without thinking about their family and lives.

Unorganised, unsupportive Management, zero learning, salary deduction without any notice. Forget your hard earned bonus without any explanation. not a policy driven unit of RICO group. Two years of bond. Deduction on FnF will not be explained. Bunch of literate but illeterate deptt head.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new
