Work-life balanced. But timing is not suitable. Not much work pressure. Salary received on time.

Team leaders are not supporting here. Work process is fix and every one should be go with. No change can be done. HR don't know how to deal with an employee.

There is nothing to like in this company. I just want to change my company but I am not getting good opportunity. No Management, No Culture, No Future, Lot of pressure, Only good thing is Saturday Sunday is off.

... mail or letter that you have been confirmed. As it is very easy to terminate. There is no bonus no increment no benefits unless you complete 1 year. Tasteless Food, Free transport is there but you will have to travel whole Gurgaon so that the cab is full. It takes more than 1.5hours to reach office and when you leave office Cab will never be at time so you will have to wait at least minimum 30-50 minutes everyday. Everything is late. All Process is late from HR end.

No growth, cost cutting, no job security, no leave policy. In every team they have backup for team leader, so they are doing increament of two people from every team. One is team leader one is its backup.
