I regret to share my experience with Richi Circuitronix Pvt Ltd, which has been nothing short of disappointing. The management is severely lacking; they focus on sending policy emails rather than fostering a results-oriented work environment. There seems to be no clear decision-maker, with the VP, Ryan, more interested in wasting time than leading effectively. Furthermore, the Maharashtra office is staffed with non-technical individuals who are ill-equipped to handle the demands of the job. Salary hikes are a complete trap, with a fixed 8% increase that does nothing to reflect performance or market standards. Job security is a joke here; Ryan creates unnecessary pressure and responds to requests for decision-making with irrelevant comments. If you dare to challenge him, you risk being shown the door<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Cost-cutting measures are rampant, primarily due to the loss of existing clients who are unwilling to do business with a company plagued by poor management</mark>. Team leaders are not supporting here. Work process is fix and every one should be go with. No change can be done. HR don't know how to deal with an employee.

There is nothing to like in this company. I just want to change my company but I am not getting good opportunity. No Management, No Culture, No Future, Lot of pressure, Only good thing is Saturday Sunday is off.

Termination in this company is like just a joke. Mistakes makes people to learn things but here no Chance a single mistake, even you are confirmed Employee you will be fired. No Organization Hierarchy. Your Team Leader and then Directly there is General Manager. You cannot take leave before 1 year and for Casual leave you need to apply 1 week before( Name of Casual Leave should be changed to Planned Leave) After 6 Months you will be confirmed but there is no intimation like mail or letter that you have been confirmed. As it is very easy to terminate. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> There is no bonus no increment no benefits unless you complete 1 year</mark>. Tasteless Food, Free transport is there but you will have to travel whole Gurgaon so that the cab is full. It takes more than 1.5hours to reach office and when you leave office Cab will never be at time so you will have to wait at least minimum 30-50 minutes everyday. Everything is late.
