Not given the salary during lockdown and they are'nt call me after finished lockdown-5 right now i m still at home and i have no job no money, my condition is very poor in this lockdown, and no any support by richa&co. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team in Richa& Co. They manufacture a high quay products and a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes . I have to work 9 to 12 hours strayin a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also there is no on job training for Freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

In this company only learn new things

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day . Manager are not coordinating with junior staff . and mainly no job security .

Richa is a manufacturing company and here at least 80% of the orders are booked in a year. Because of which there is no danger of losing one's job.

My experience is that the company is not much good. They don't try to know others mind or new employees ideas are always poor for them. their imposing way is very professional. Beginners or freshers can join but the experience holders should not join the company, they will not learn anything from here.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
