Worst company and totally corrupt management. They are looting the money coming from USA. Employees are tortured by top management. All work has been done by below assistant manager level and rest all Managers sits and do nothing. never ever join this company as there is no job security.

Dislikes

everything.. worst HR, worst production manager and worst plant manger. No vision, no growth only harassment and politics. top managers are of no use. They only taking credit and their knowledge is zero.

Rich's product is a US based MNC company. They have a great reputation in market , very good business in market. As a company it's a great company I work ahead.

They have two segment 1. Retail Bakery 2. Food Service . Rich's basically Retail Bakery oriented company , but their Food service is not in focused they don't have dedicated distributors any for this and they have a certain politics to down this food segment . So if anyone join in retail bakery it's fine but if he join in Food service it's good for him to learn politics as first .
