Noting much as expected in the company as it is not giving us trust on our jobs No incentives.... No proper support in infrastructure All things they depends on 3PL . No values to Employees No Sop if their no one follow. No proper SUPPORT from HO No suggestions taking from Employees.

I have had a good experience working at RICH PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, but if I had to mention something I dislike, it would be the lack of diversity in leadership roles. I believe that a more diverse leadership team can bring different perspectives and contribute to a more inclusive work environment.

Didn't paid Gratuity during F&F though Gratuity was shown as monthly component in fixed CTC. No job security, they can remove you anytime and always work with person of there likes. No staff welfare experienced during the tenure of 1.5 years. They don't provide even basic meal facilities. HR Policies are never communicated to staff.

Huge focus on work life balance and learning and development for each associates. If you get manager good then you will love to work here.

Many teams work in silos . Sometimes coordination become difficult

HR team is enough good only in listening your problems but very bad in problem solving.

Dislikes

Terrible experience with management team (production). Favouritism,way of talking,work culture,work load. No one is supportive in management because they cant handle your problem.
